Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to inquiries via WhatsApp, Instagram, phone, and other platforms
- Convert inquiries into confirmed bookings and support revenue generation
- Follow up consistently on pending leads to improve conversion rates
- Provide accurate information on treatments, pricing, and clinic policies
- Maintain and update booking records and CRM systems
- Upsell and cross-sell services where appropriate
- Escalate medical or technical concerns to the relevant team
Required Qualifications
