Lead Generating Officer

Buckler Systems is seeking a proactive Lead Generating Officer to support sales growth by identifying, researching, and qualifying potential clients across target markets.

• Research and identify prospective clients across relevant industries
• Generate and qualify leads based on defined criteria
• Conduct outreach through calls, emails, and digital channels
• Maintain accurate records of prospects using CRM tools
• Schedule meetings and transfer qualified leads to the sales team
• Monitor and report lead generation performance metrics
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to improve conversion rates
• Ensure data protection and confidentiality compliance
• Continuously refine lead sourcing and outreach strategies

• Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
• Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role
• HubSpot Inbound Sales Certification is an added advantage
• Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent research, analytical, and organizational abilities
• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
