Front Desk Personnel

Centric Pharmacy Nigeria Limited is seeking a professional Front Desk Personnel to manage customer interactions, support administrative tasks, and ensure smooth front office operations in a healthcare and retail environment.

• Receive and attend to clients and patients professionally

• Manage appointments, inquiries, and front desk communications

• Handle billing, documentation, and data entry tasks

• Maintain an organized and welcoming reception area

• Support day-to-day administrative and customer service operations

• Minimum of OND, HND, or BSc in any relevant field

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Basic computer proficiency

• Prior experience in healthcare or customer service is an added advantage

• Customer service and client relationship management

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Administrative and organizational abilities

• Time management and multitasking

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic data systems
