Marketing and AI Designer

Bolder Agency is seeking a Marketing and AI Designer to support its marketing team with creative content, branding materials, and AI-driven design work. This role is ideal for a designer who is both visually creative and tech-savvy, with strong experience in modern design tools and AI-powered workflows.

• Create branding and studio content, including case studies and marketing assets
• Design pitch decks, proposals, and presentations aligned with brand guidelines
• Use AI tools to generate visuals, explore creative concepts, and produce motion design
• Design content for emails and social media platforms (LinkedIn, X, Instagram)
• Collaborate with the marketing team on campaigns and creative projects
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and present design ideas
• Maintain consistency across all design outputs and brand assets

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in design or a related field
• Strong proficiency in Figma
• Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite
• Experience working with AI design tools such as Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, Kling, Recraft, and others
• Strong creativity with the ability to translate ideas into visual concepts
• Ability to work independently in a remote, part-time role
• Good communication and collaboration skills
