Business Development Manager

A leading organization in the oil and gas sector is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to drive growth and expand market presence. The role involves securing new business, managing key client relationships, and overseeing strategic initiatives within the Nigerian energy industry.

• Lead business growth strategies and market expansion efforts
• Identify and secure new business opportunities and partnerships
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
• Manage bids, tenders, and proposal development processes
• Track market trends and identify upcoming industry projects
• Drive revenue growth through effective sales and contract acquisition
• Represent the company in high-level business engagements

• Minimum of 15 years’ experience in the oil and gas industry
• At least 6 years in a managerial or leadership role
• Degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field
• In-depth knowledge of Nigeria’s upstream, midstream, and downstream sectors
• Proven success in securing contracts and driving business growth
• Strong negotiation, leadership, and communication skills
