Job Summary

The Retail Store Manager will oversee multiple store operations within the supply chain network, ensuring efficient inventory control, excellent customer service, and strong financial performance while driving operational excellence and profitability.



Key Responsibilities


Oversee daily operations of retail stores to ensure smooth and efficient workflow

Develop and implement standard operating procedures to improve store performance

Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements

Monitor inventory levels and coordinate timely procurement and stock replenishment

Conduct regular stock audits and resolve inventory discrepancies

Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback to ensure satisfaction

Implement strategies to improve customer loyalty and retention

Recruit, train, and supervise store staff to achieve performance targets

Conduct staff performance evaluations and support improvement plans

Manage budgets, monitor expenses, and analyze sales performance

Prepare operational and financial reports for management review

Collaborate with logistics and supply chain teams for timely product delivery

Identify risks and inefficiencies within the supply chain and propose solutions

Analyze market trends and support promotional and growth strategies



Required Qualifications


Strong leadership and team management skills

Experience in inventory management systems and MS Office Suite

Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Good financial acumen with budgeting and reporting experience

Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities

Results-driven, detail-oriented, and customer-focused mindset
