Store Supervisor

Zetile Group is hiring a Store Supervisor to oversee daily store operations and ensure excellent customer service. This role is ideal for a recent graduate who is reliable, customer-focused, and ready to grow within a structured retail environment with clear career progression opportunities.

• Supervise day-to-day store activities and ensure smooth operations
• Attend to customers and deliver a high level of service
• Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory management
• Operate and manage POS systems for transactions
• Ensure the store environment is clean, organized, and presentable
• Follow structured shift schedules and maintain punctuality
• Support team coordination and uphold company standards

• BSc. in any discipline (Graduates from 2023–2025 only)
• Must reside on the Island (Lekki, Victoria Island, Ikoyi, Ajah, or nearby areas)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• High level of integrity, honesty, and professionalism
• Quick learner with a positive and adaptable mindset
• Physically fit and able to stand for extended periods
• Willingness to work a rotating shift schedule (1 day on, 1 day off)
• Basic computer knowledge; experience with POS systems is a plus
• Excellent interpersonal skills with a strong customer-service approach
