Key Responsibilities
Manage accurate workforce data and HR dashboards
Support payroll processing and resolve attendance or payroll issues
Conduct HR data audits and ensure data integrity
Leverage analytics and AI tools to provide actionable insights
Collaborate with HRBPs, Finance, and leadership on workforce planning
Enhance operational efficiency through data-driven recommendations
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Statistics, or related field
2–4 years of experience in HR analytics, HR operations, or data analysis
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Power BI
Experience with HR systems
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
