We are seeking a proactive Client Service Officer to manage client interactions, social media content, and office operations, ensuring an exceptional customer experience.
Welcome clients, respond to enquiries, and resolve complaints
Manage official phone lines, first-line communication, and correspondence
Plan, deliver, and manage creative content on social media platforms
Handle incoming and outgoing documents, parcels, and dispatch
Maintain visitor records, files, and office supplies
Research and implement innovative trends to enhance customer experience
Perform additional duties as assigned, including travel arrangements and schedules
B.Sc or HND in a related field
Minimum of 2 years of front-facing experience
Tech-savvy and proficient with MS Office Suite
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Available for immediate resumption
Must be a resident of Lekki or surrounding areas
