• Welcome and assist guests professionally.
• Handle check-ins, check-outs, and reservations efficiently.
• Respond to guest inquiries and complaints promptly.
• Maintain accurate records using hotel software.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.
• Diploma in Hospitality or related field.
• 2–4 years of front desk experience.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Basic computer skills and knowledge of hotel software.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
