Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
Identify, onboard, and manage SME clients across targeted industries
Structure financing solutions, including working capital and asset financing
Conduct credit assessments and financial analysis for SME clients
Monitor SME loan portfolios to ensure repayment performance
Provide advisory support on financial planning and business growth
Drive deposit mobilization within the SME segment
Track and report on SME portfolio performance and KPIs
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
SME loan portfolio growth
Portfolio at Risk (PAR)
SME deposit growth
Client acquisition rate
Loan repayment performance
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field
3–5 years’ experience in SME banking or fintech lending
Strong knowledge of SME credit analysis and financial management
Proven ability to grow SME client portfolios
