Job Summary

Elizabeth Maddeux is seeking a Customer Service Manager to lead branch customer service operations, ensure high customer satisfaction, resolve issues promptly, and enhance service delivery.



Key Responsibilities


Supervise the customer service team and daily operations

Ensure timely resolution of customer complaints and inquiries

Monitor service quality and implement improvements

Train, mentor, and develop customer service staff

Ensure compliance with service standards and internal policies

Prepare and submit customer service performance reports



Required Qualifications


Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Banking, or related field

4–6 years experience in customer service within the banking sector

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications

Strong skills in customer relationship management, leadership, communication, conflict resolution, and service quality management
