Job Summary

Zipline is seeking a Warehouse Operator to support fulfillment operations by preparing and handling life-saving medical supplies for delivery. The role requires accuracy, efficiency, and strict adherence to safety and operational standards within a fast-paced warehouse environment.



Key Responsibilities


Receive and record inventory accurately using warehouse management systems


Store products properly according to required conditions and locations


Assist with stock audits and inventory reconciliation processes


Pick items based on incoming orders with high accuracy


Pack and label orders securely in line with standard procedures


Conduct quality checks to ensure compliance with required standards


Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment


Complete routine operational checklists accurately


Collaborate with operations and support teams to ensure smooth workflow


Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors


Support other warehouse activities and continuous improvement initiatives




Required Qualifications

OND or HND or Bachelor’s Degree in relevant fields such as Biology Chemistry Environmental Science Agricultural Science Microbiology Medical Lab Technology Community Health Pharmacy Technician Purchasing and Supply Chain or related discipline


0 to 2 years experience in a warehouse or similar environment is an advantage


Strong attention to detail and accuracy


Ability to work independently and within a team


Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory systems


Good written and verbal communication skills


Strong organizational and time management abilities


Commitment to workplace safety and adherence to guidelines


Flexibility to work overtime and weekends when required
