Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals
Manage recruitment and selection processes
Support talent development, engagement, and retention
Maintain HR systems, policies, and procedures
Oversee performance appraisal systems
Develop competitive pay plans and benefits programs
Identify training needs and implement programs
Provide HR metrics and reporting
Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
At least 1 year proven experience as HR Assistant
Knowledge of HR systems, labor laws, and HR best practices
