Human Resource Officer

Erisco Foods Limited is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Human Resource Officer to support the HR department in implementing policies, managing recruitment processes, handling employee relations, and ensuring compliance with company standards and labor regulations.

Maintain and update employee records and HR documentation

Support employee onboarding, training, and development programs

Handle employee relations matters and address staff concerns promptly

Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies

Assist with performance management processes

Prepare HR reports for management when required

Manage full recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates

Develop and update job descriptions and job advertisements across recruitment platforms

B.Sc or HND in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field

2 to 3 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in the FMCG or manufacturing industry

Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Ability to work under pressure and maintain confidentiality
