Responsible for preparing meals according to the restaurant’s menu and quality standards, maintaining kitchen hygiene, and supporting efficient kitchen operations.
Prepare and cook meals according to recipes and standards.
Ensure food quality, taste, and presentation.
Assist in planning daily food preparation activities.
Maintain high standards of cleanliness and food safety.
Monitor food supplies and minimize wastage.
Work closely with other kitchen staff to ensure efficient service.
Minimum SSCE, OND, or relevant culinary training.
2–4 years experience as a cook in a restaurant or hospitality environment.
Experience with local and continental dishes preferred.
Strong cooking, food preparation, and teamwork skills.
