The Vehicle Sales Representative is responsible for generating sales, building customer relationships, and ensuring excellent customer service while achieving dealership sales goals. The role guides customers through the vehicle purchase process, from inquiry to final delivery.
Greet and engage customers, identifying their needs and recommending suitable vehicles
Explain product features, specifications, pricing, financing options, and warranties
Conduct test drives and demonstrate vehicle performance
Negotiate sales terms and close deals to meet or exceed monthly targets
Process sales paperwork ensuring compliance with dealership and regulatory requirements
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of inventory, product launches, promotions, and industry trends
Follow up with prospects and previous customers to generate repeat and referral business
Build and maintain strong customer relationships for long-term satisfaction and loyalty
Collaborate with finance and service departments to ensure a seamless customer experience
Relevant qualifications and experience in sales or customer service
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service
