Van Sales Representative (VSR)

Brands and Trade Retail Consultants Limited is recruiting experienced Van Sales Representatives to support distributor-led beverage sales operations across Lagos. The role involves selling directly to retailers, managing van inventory, executing assigned sales routes, and ensuring excellent customer service.

Achieve assigned daily and monthly sales targets

Visit existing and potential retail customers within assigned territories

Sell beverage products directly to retailers and manage customer relationships

Manage van inventory, including stock monitoring and product rotation

Ensure safe handling and compliance with product transportation standards

Conduct product demonstrations and promotional activities where necessary

Prepare and submit daily sales reports and market feedback

Maintain accurate records of sales and stock movement

ND or equivalent qualification

1 to 2 years sales experience, preferably in beverage or FMCG sales

Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

Strong communication and customer service skills

Physically fit to handle product loading and offloading

Ability to provide three verifiable guarantors
