Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
Support the planning and execution of strategic and operational projects across the organization
Assist in preparing project charters, work plans, schedules, and documentation
Coordinate project resources and maintain activity schedules
Track project progress, milestones, and deliverables
Prepare periodic project status reports for senior management and the Group CEO
Maintain project registers, dashboards, and documentation records
Ensure compliance with project governance standards, reporting frameworks, and documentation processes
Monitor project risks, issues, and dependencies and support mitigation strategies
Maintain risk logs and issue registers for ongoing projects
Support the management and maintenance of the organization’s project portfolio
Provide analysis to support project prioritization and management decision-making
Ensure projects align with organizational strategic objectives and priorities
Prepare presentations, reports, and summaries for executive decision support
Contribute to improving project management frameworks, templates, and operational tools
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, Finance, Computer Science, or a related discipline
5 to 7 years experience in project management, consulting, or process improvement roles
Experience supporting cross-functional projects, preferably within financial services, is an added advantage
Professional certification such as PMP, PRINCE2, or CAPM is an added advantage
Strong analytical, organizational, and project coordination skills
Excellent communication and reporting abilities
Location is Lagos Mainland
