Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute product sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
Monitor and drive sales performance of assigned product lines
Plan, review, and approve marketing campaigns, including social media promotions
Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and new opportunities
Negotiate pricing, supply, and partnership deals with distributors, hospitals, pharmacies, and key clients
Collaborate with the sales team to develop promotional tools and product positioning strategies
Monitor product stock levels and coordinate with procurement to prevent stock-outs
Prepare regular performance reports on sales, campaigns, and market penetration
Required Qualifications
Degree or relevant qualification in Management, Business, or related field
Strong leadership, teamwork, and communication skills
