Job Summary
Tomipackaging is seeking a motivated Order Fulfillment Staff / Sales Person to handle customer orders and support sales operations. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in order fulfillment or sales and be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Process and fulfill customer orders accurately and on time
Coordinate with inventory and warehouse teams to ensure stock availability
Assist in sales activities, including customer inquiries and follow-ups
Maintain records of sales and order fulfillment
Ensure excellent customer service and timely resolution of issues
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 1 year experience in order fulfillment or sales
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to work Monday–Friday (9am–5pm) and Saturday (9am–12pm)
