The Vault Recruitment (TVR) is recruiting a detail-oriented Female Accountant for a real estate company in Lekki. The role involves managing day-to-day accounting operations, maintaining accurate financial records, and ensuring proper tracking of income and expenses. Proximity to Ikota Villa, Lekki is essential.
Record and maintain accurate daily financial transactions
Prepare basic monthly financial reports and summaries
Reconcile bank statements and payment records
Maintain accounts payable and receivable records
Support payroll documentation and statutory deductions
Assist with VAT, WHT, and PAYE documentation and remittances
Maintain proper filing and documentation of financial records
Support senior finance personnel and external auditors as required
BSc or HND in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
1–3 years of accounting experience
Basic knowledge of Nigerian accounting principles and tax requirements
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic accounting software such as Sage, QuickBooks, or similar tools
Ability to work independently and follow instructions
Proximity to Ikota Villa, Lekki is highly important
Previous experience in real estate or property accounting is an added advantage
