Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
Receive cash payments from customers daily
Post cash receipts daily
Handle and disburse petty cash
Post cash and petty cash transactions on the system daily
Send daily cash summary/report to management
Maintain custody of cheque books and ensure cash balance safekeeping
Co-handle the office entrance key
Perform any other related duties as assigned
Required Qualifications
Minimum of SSCE or OND in Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
Previous experience in cash handling or accounting role is an advantage
Basic knowledge of accounting systems or Microsoft Excel is desirable
