Respond quickly to customer questions and requests

Receive and manage customer orders accurately

Ensure customers receive friendly and helpful service at all times
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree
Minimum of 1 year relevant work experience
Must have completed the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC)
Previous experience in customer support is required
Strong written and spoken English communication skills
Must live close to Lekki Phase 1
Ability to work some weekends and public holidays
Willingness to work from the office at least 23 days monthly
Commitment to long-term employment with the company
