Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
Manage daily financial transactions and maintain accurate accounting records
Prepare vouchers, invoices, receipts, and payment documentation
Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow activities
Assist in preparing monthly financial reports and statements
Maintain ledgers, track expenses, and support budget monitoring
Ensure proper filing and documentation of all financial records
Support audits and ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards
Assist the finance manager with additional accounting tasks as required
Required Qualifications
OND/HND/BSc in Accounting, Finance, or related field
1–3 years accounting experience (manufacturing experience is an advantage)
Strong knowledge of MS Excel and basic accounting software
Good analytical, organizational, and communication skills
High level of accuracy, integrity, and attention to detail
Location: Sabon Wuse, Niger State
