Key Responsibilities
Supervise lounge operations to ensure smooth daily activities
Lead, coordinate, and motivate team members
Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally
Maintain high standards of service and cleanliness
Monitor staff performance and enforce operational policies
Ensure efficient scheduling and time management within the team
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in the hospitality industry

Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
Ability to work under pressure, including weekends and late hours
