Job Summary

Drive enterprise growth at Stripe by building and expanding relationships with large German enterprises. Own strategic accounts, execute multi-year account plans, and orchestrate complex sales cycles while serving as the primary point of contact for senior stakeholders.



Key Responsibilities

Acquire, grow, and retain strategic new business in Germany.


Build and manage a multi-threaded enterprise sales pipeline with multi-quarter forecasting and account planning.


Own the end-to-end sales cycle: lead generation, solution design, negotiation, closing, onboarding, activation, and early expansion.


Proactively generate pipeline through outreach, research, networking, and events.


Ensure excellent customer experience at every interaction.


Understand customers’ business models, technical environments, and pain points to propose impactful Stripe solutions.


Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and user success.



Required Qualifications


10+ years in solution sales with a track record of closing and expanding complex enterprise deals.


Proven ability to orchestrate complex pursuits across internal and customer teams.


Extensive experience selling to large German enterprises, including C-level relationship management.


Deep understanding of Stripe platform and API, able to engage highly technical stakeholders.


Experience operating in fast-paced, ambiguous, product-led environments.


Professional fluency in German and English; comfortable presenting at executive and board levels.


Willingness to travel regularly for customer meetings and industry events.


Preferred Qualifications:


Strong knowledge of technology and payments landscape.


Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for executive presentations and proposals.


Strategic thinking with ability to translate plans into operational execution.
