Peaktide Distributors Limited is seeking Field Auditors to oversee operational integrity, stock control, security compliance, IT governance, financial controls, and health & safety practices across assigned depots. The role ensures adherence to company policies, regulatory standards, and internal controls while enhancing operational efficiency and risk mitigation.
Monitor deployment, attendance, and compliance of Motorbike and Van Representatives
Ensure proper documentation and issuance of waybills, LPOs, and stock movement records
Verify adherence to stock return, damaged/expired stock, and 3-Key policies
Inspect depot infrastructure, electrification, ventilation, and security systems
Monitor IT equipment, software, antivirus subscriptions, and ERP/POS compliance
Maintain and verify Fixed Asset Register accuracy
Ensure environmental, health, and safety compliance, including first aid, fire safety, and emergency protocols
Evaluate staff awareness and adherence to operational, safety, and security procedures
Produce analytical reports and support cross-functional coordination
Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, stock control, and internal audit
Proficiency in ERP/POS systems (e.g., Dynamics)
Risk assessment, compliance monitoring, and reporting skills
Leadership and coordination abilities across multiple teams and depots
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
Compliance score per depot
Reduction in stock variance
Improvement in rep punctuality
Zero critical audit findings
Accuracy of asset register
Reduction in security incidents
EHS compliance rate
