Hospital Manager / Floor Coordinator

Skipper Eye-Q Super Speciality Eye Hospital is seeking a Hospital Manager / Floor Coordinator to lead and supervise hospital operations, ensure efficient resource utilization, and enhance patient experience. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, experience in healthcare management, and the ability to coordinate multiple departments effectively.

Plan, organize, and direct overall hospital operations to ensure smooth functioning

Collaborate with department heads (nursing, clinical services, facilities, support) to resolve operational issues and promote teamwork

Oversee patient flow, admissions, transfers, discharges, and bed management to optimize capacity and minimize wait times

Develop and implement emergency response plans, disaster preparedness, and crisis management protocols

Support staff training and development programs, including orientation and continuing education initiatives

Promote patient-centered care and service excellence, addressing feedback and resolving issues promptly

Identify opportunities for technology integration, process improvement, and workflow automation to enhance operational efficiency

Bachelor’s degree in Hospital Administration, Healthcare Management, or related field

Minimum of 4 years’ experience in a hospital, clinic, or healthcare setting in a similar role

Strong communication, interpersonal, and multitasking skills

Ability to handle stressful situations effectively

Proficiency in hospital management software and Microsoft Office

Preferred Skills:

Experience in an eye hospital or ophthalmology setup

Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities

Patient-centric approach focused on service excellence
