Sow Real Estate is seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to lead HR operations and support organizational growth across its Lagos and Abuja branches. The role involves managing core HR functions, driving staff development, and ensuring compliance with policies and labor regulations.
Oversee end-to-end recruitment and talent management processes
Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies and procedures
Manage employee records, payroll coordination, and compliance documentation
Handle employee relations, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution
Drive performance management initiatives and staff development programs
Support management in strategic HR planning and organizational growth
Coordinate administrative and facility-related functions where applicable
3–7 years of proven experience in Human Resources roles
Strong knowledge of HR operations, policies, and compliance
Experience in recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations
Understanding of Nigerian labor laws and HR best practices
Excellent communication, leadership, and decision-making skills
High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and integrity
Knowledge of facility management is an added advantage
