Product Marketing Specialist

FUTSOLINS is hiring a data-driven Product Marketing Specialist to grow its exam preparation web application. This performance-based role focuses on user acquisition, engagement, and subscription growth among students, parents, and schools across Nigeria.

Build and position the brand, including launching and managing key social media channels

Develop and execute go-to-market strategies to increase awareness and subscriptions

Manage digital campaigns across social media, paid advertising, influencer partnerships, WhatsApp communities, and email marketing

Design and implement referral, ambassador, and school outreach programs

Align marketing campaigns with exam seasons and student needs in collaboration with product and content teams

Track and analyze campaign performance using analytics tools, optimizing based on data insights

Identify and implement innovative online and offline growth strategies

Proven experience in digital or product marketing

Strong understanding of the Nigerian education system and national exams such as Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board, West African Examinations Council, and National Examinations Council

Proficiency in social media advertising, growth marketing, and campaign analytics

Excellent communication, storytelling, and project management skills

Self-motivated, creative, and results-focused mindset
