Job Summary

Swift Consulting Limited is recruiting on behalf of its client, an Education, Human Resources, and Management firm, for a Sales Director. The role involves leading the sales team, expanding business opportunities, developing strategic sales plans, and ensuring revenue targets are met in both local and international markets.



Key Responsibilities

Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to improve performance and productivity


Identify and develop business opportunities in local and international markets


Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company revenue goals


Establish and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and key stakeholders


Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to inform business strategies


Collaborate with production and marketing teams to align sales objectives with operational capacity


Prepare periodic sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses for management



Required Qualifications


Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is an advantage


Minimum of 7–10 years’ sales experience, including at least 3 years in a senior leadership role


Prior experience in manufacturing, FMCG, or related industries is highly preferred


Experience living or working in a Francophone country with a strong understanding of the market


Proficiency in French and English


Strong leadership, negotiation, and strategic planning skills


Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
