Triconna Ltd is seeking a detail-oriented Site Officer to support site operations within a fast-paced real estate environment. The ideal candidate will coordinate documentation, ensure effective communication between site and head office, and maintain organized administrative processes.
Manage and maintain site documentation and records
Coordinate communication between site teams and head office
Provide administrative support to ensure smooth site operations
Monitor site activities and report updates as required
Maintain accurate filing systems and compliance documentation
Support project execution with organized record keeping
Minimum of 1 year relevant experience
Experience handling site documentation and record management
Strong administrative and communication skills
Ability to effectively coordinate between field and office teams
Proficiency in basic computer applications
Background in real estate or construction is an added advantage
