Key Responsibilities
Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and staff management
• Develop and implement HR policies in line with labour laws
• Handle disciplinary matters and employee relations
• Ensure legal and regulatory compliance
• Advise management on HR and labour-related issues
Required Qualifications
Must be a qualified Lawyer (LL.B / BL)
• Minimum of 3–5 years HR experience
• Strong knowledge of Nigerian labour and employment laws
• Experience in recruitment, employee relations, and performance management
• Excellent communication, leadership, and conflict-resolution skills
• High level of professionalism and confidentiality
