Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.
Develop job descriptions, publish vacancy announcements, and coordinate the hiring process.
Provide guidance and counseling to staff on company policies and procedures.
Handle payroll administration, benefits, and compensation matters.
Support the design and implementation of HR systems and initiatives.
Bachelor’s Degree or HND in a relevant field.
3 – 10 years of relevant HR experience.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple HR functions effectively.
