Mosaic Homes, a fast-growing real estate company based in Abuja, is expanding its team and is seeking a qualified, organized, and proactive Administrative Officer for its Port Harcourt office.
Provide general administrative and office support
Manage office records, documentation, and correspondence
Handle social media marketing and online brand engagement
Coordinate office operations and staff activities
Perform basic IT and computer-related tasks
Support management with reports and daily operational duties
BSc / HND in Business Administration, Management, or related field
Experience: 2–3 years relevant work experience
Social media marketing and content management
Strong computer proficiency (MS Word, Excel, email, internet tools)
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Ability to multitask and work independently
Additional relevant certifications will be an added advantage
