The Head of Sales will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, leading the sales team, and driving revenue growth. The ideal candidate must have strong leadership and business development skills.
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets
Lead, train, and manage the sales team
Identify new business opportunities and partnerships
Monitor sales performance and prepare reports
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
Minimum of 5 years sales experience in a leadership role
Strong negotiation and leadership skills
Proven track record of meeting sales targets
