Unit Accountant

Genesis Group is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Unit Accountant to manage financial records, ensure regulatory compliance, and support sound financial decision-making across its business units. The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining accurate accounting processes and reporting standards.

Record daily financial transactions, payments, and expenses while maintaining accurate general ledgers

Manage accounts receivable and payable processes including invoicing and supplier payments

Reconcile bank statements and financial accounts regularly

Prepare monthly and quarterly financial reports and analyze cash flow trends

Ensure compliance with tax regulations, legal standards, and internal policies

Support budgeting processes and monitor departmental expenditures

Identify cost-saving opportunities and improve financial efficiency

Process payroll and maintain related financial documentation

Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline

Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, Xero, Sage, or ERP systems like SAP

Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel

Excellent analytical skills with high attention to numerical accuracy

Strong communication skills for reporting and collaboration
