A Confidential VIP is seeking a highly organized and experienced Virtual Assistant to provide administrative and operational support remotely. The ideal candidate must be dependable, tech-savvy, and capable of managing tasks efficiently with minimal supervision.
Provide comprehensive administrative support to management
Manage schedules, meetings, and correspondence
Prepare reports, documents, and presentations as required
Coordinate communications and follow up on assigned tasks
Maintain digital records and ensure proper documentation
Support day-to-day operational activities remotely
Minimum of 3 years experience as an administrative personnel
