Job Summary

Strivolabs is seeking an experienced, strategic, and impact-driven Head of Foundation (Events) to lead all foundation programs, partnerships, and community-focused initiatives. The role drives the organisation’s social impact vision through structured programs, fundraising, and event-led outreach.





Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement the foundation’s long-term mission, strategy, and annual goals.


Lead governance, reporting, compliance, and alignment with organisational objectives.


Oversee community impact, program performance, and measurable outcomes.


Plan and execute foundation events, CSR projects, outreach programs, and community initiatives.


Manage program design, budgeting, implementation, and post-event reporting.


Coordinate stakeholder engagement, volunteer management, and beneficiary relations.


Build partnerships with NGOs, donors, government agencies, and corporate sponsors.


Lead fundraising initiatives, grant applications, and sponsorship strategies.


Represent the foundation at conferences, events, and stakeholder forums.


Lead program managers, event coordinators, and volunteers.


Ensure smooth cross-department collaboration for event execution and program delivery.


Provide leadership, mentorship, and performance guidance to foundation teams.





Required Qualifications

7–10 years’ experience in nonprofit leadership, CSR, development programs, or impact-driven organisations.


Strong experience managing community or foundation-related events.


Excellent stakeholder engagement, fundraising, and partnership-building skills.


Strong organisational, analytical, and communication skills.


Ability to lead teams, manage multi-layered programs, and drive measurable social impact.
