Misan & Co. is a creative studio and community space designed for storytellers, creators, founders, and brands. We are seeking a proactive and organized Studio Manager to oversee daily studio operations, coordinate bookings and events, and ensure every guest enjoys a smooth and memorable experience.
Open, manage, and close the studio on assigned workdays
Ensure the studio is clean, organized, functional, and welcoming before all bookings
Coordinate studio bookings, schedules, check-ins, and check-outs
Welcome clients, creators, and event guests and brief them on studio guidelines
Oversee studio equipment, furniture, utilities, and supplies
Track supplies and coordinate restocking when required
Identify maintenance issues and follow up on prompt resolutions
Support shoots, workshops, and intimate events from setup to breakdown
Act as the on-ground point person during events and studio sessions
Maintain basic daily and weekly reports on studio usage, issues, and feedback
Track bookings, studio activity, and support simple invoicing and payment records
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Calm, responsible, and proactive work attitude
Ability to multitask and solve problems independently
Comfortable taking ownership of studio operations
Nice to Have:
Experience managing a studio, creative space, coworking space, or venue
Background in event planning or event management
Familiarity with creative shoots, workshops, or community events
Working knowledge of calendars, booking tools, and basic operations systems

Studio-based with flexibility around bookings and events, including occasional weekends
