Supersoft Technology Limited is seeking a Technical Support and Operations professional to provide system support, ensure operational excellence, and facilitate smooth communication between clients and development teams for scalable fintech solutions.

Provide technical support and troubleshoot production systems to resolve client issues
Execute integration testing to validate system connectivity and data integrity
Perform quality assurance and user acceptance testing
Translate business needs into technical specifications between clients and development teams
Maintain operational excellence through routine system monitoring, maintenance, and administrative oversight
University degree in a related field and completion of NYSC
Minimum of 2 years’ relevant experience
Working knowledge of Linux (Ubuntu/Redhat)
Experience with MYSQL, Oracle, MSSQL, or PostgreSQL
Familiarity with Nginx
Basic understanding of integrations using ISO 8583, ISO20022, XML, RESTful, and SOAP
Basic knowledge of message queues like RabbitMQ or ActiveMQ
Basic understanding of settlement operations
Working knowledge of payment systems
