Key Responsibilities
• Build and lead Parrot’s overall marketing strategy across product, brand, content, growth, and community
• Lead, mentor, and manage a multidisciplinary marketing team
• Translate company goals into clear, measurable marketing plans
• Own product positioning, messaging, and go to market strategies
• Lead product launches from planning through execution
• Identify growth opportunities and run experiments across channels
• Analyze performance data to guide fast and effective decisions
• Collaborate closely with founders, product, and operations teams
• Develop systems, processes, and playbooks for marketing execution
• Foster a positive, collaborative, and high energy team culture
Required Qualifications
• 3 to 5 plus years of marketing experience
• Minimum of 1 to 2 years in a leadership role
• Proven experience taking a product from zero to one
• Strong understanding of product marketing, content, brand, growth, SEO, and community
• Excellent communication, leadership, and storytelling skills
• Ability to balance strategy with hands on execution
• Experience in a fast paced startup environment is an advantage
• Strong user focused and product driven mindset
