Job Summary

A leading luxury and lifestyle retail brand is seeking a strategic and performance-driven Senior Sales Manager to oversee revenue growth, strengthen market positioning, and lead high-impact sales initiatives across key customer segments.




Key Responsibilities


Design and implement robust sales strategies aligned with business objectives


Provide leadership and direction to senior sales teams to achieve revenue goals


Identify and capitalize on new market and partnership opportunities


Build and sustain strong relationships with high-value clients and stakeholders


Track sales performance and deliver detailed management reports





Required Qualifications

Minimum of 5 years proven experience in sales leadership


Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills
