The Field Officer will support environmental and operational activities, including monitoring sanitation processes, ensuring compliance with safety standards, and coordinating field teams to achieve service goals.
* Monitor and supervise field operations in sanitation, pest control, and environmental management
* Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards
* Collect and report data on field activities
* Liaise with team members and management to coordinate operations
* Assist in training staff and promoting best practices in field operations
* Identify operational challenges and suggest solutions
* Maintain accurate records and prepare reports as required
* Experience in environmental management, sanitation, or related field
* Strong organizational and communication skills
* Ability to work independently and in teams under tight schedules
* Knowledge of relevant safety and regulatory guidelines
