Job Summary

The Product Management & Product Marketing Intern will support product discovery, go-to-market activities, and growth initiatives, working closely with leadership to translate user insights into impactful product decisions across VivaFemini’s digital health platform.





Key Responsibilities

Support user research through surveys and interviews and synthesize insights into clear themes


Translate user needs into basic user stories, feature ideas, and product requirements


Assist in maintaining and updating the product backlog using tools such as Notion, Sheets, or Jira


Support planning and execution of lightweight go-to-market activities for new features and campaigns


Help define audience segments, value propositions, and communication channels for launches


Assist with waitlist segmentation and lifecycle messaging including onboarding and re-engagement


Track basic funnel metrics such as sign-ups, open rates, and click-throughs


Take structured notes during product and growth meetings and convert them into action items


Maintain simple documentation including product specs, decision logs, and internal FAQs


Monitor competitor and market trends within femtech and digital health and summarize insights





Required Qualifications

Strong interest in product management, product marketing, or growth in tech


Ability to think and write clearly with attention to structure and detail


Curiosity and willingness to learn about women’s health topics


Comfortable working in a fast-paced, early-stage startup environment


Proactive, self-directed, and able to work with limited guidance


Exposure to product, marketing, UX, or growth coursework is an advantage


Familiarity with tools such as Notion, Airtable, basic analytics, or CRM tools is a plus


Experience or interest in African markets, especially Nigeria, is an added advantage
