XurielHQ is seeking a proactive Business Development Executive to drive client acquisition and support growth initiatives in the HR and business consulting sector.
* Identify, engage, and onboard new clients across various sectors
* Build and maintain long-term client relationships
* Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and industry scans
* Prepare and deliver business proposals, client presentations, and follow-ups
* Maintain records in CRM systems and generate reports on activities and targets
* Collaborate with internal teams for smooth service delivery
* Represent the organization at client meetings, industry events, and networking opportunities
* Participate in strategic growth initiatives and ad-hoc business development projects
* B.Sc./HND/OND in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or related field
* 1–3 years’ experience in business development, sales, or client relationship management
* Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
* Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with CRM tools
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Interest in HR consulting and business growth strategies
* Willingness to travel within and outside Ibadan
* Must reside in Ibadan and be available for hybrid work
