Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
Create engaging content for Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok
Produce property-focused content including videos, reels, carousels, and captions
Develop content calendars aligned with marketing goals
Cover site inspections, property launches, and walkthroughs
Collaborate with the marketing team on campaigns and brand messaging
Required Qualifications
Proven experience as a content creator (real estate experience is a plus)
Strong video creation and basic editing skills (CapCut, Canva, Adobe, etc.)
Good understanding of social media trends and algorithms
Creative storytelling and copywriting skills
Based in Lagos and available for on-site shoots
