Sir Chubby Business Connect Ltd. is seeking a motivated Retail Salesperson to join its Lagos team. The role focuses on customer engagement, product recommendation, and closing sales for electrical, industrial, and solar-related products, while building long-term client relationships.
Attend to walk-in and repeat customers professionally
Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products
Close sales and accurately process transactions
Upsell and cross-sell products where suitable
Build and maintain relationships with repeat customers
Coordinate with the team to ensure product availability
Maintain a clean, organized, and customer-friendly sales area
Previous experience in retail sales or customer-facing roles
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Basic understanding of pricing, margins, and sales processes
Quick learner with product specifications
Honest, reliable, and punctual
Preferred/Strong Advantage:
Experience selling electrical items, electronics, or hardware
Basic knowledge of electrical or solar products
Experience managing repeat or trade customers
Educational background in Electrical/Electronics or related fields
