• Lead and manage the customer support team
• Oversee daily support operations across all Mabilla Group products
• Handle escalations and complex customer issues
• Set performance targets, KPIs, SOP and service standards
• Collaborate with Technical, Marketing, and Operations teams to improve customer experience
• Minimum of 3 years experience in customer support, with leadership/people management experience
• Fintech industry background
• Experience managing remote customer support teams
• Strong knowledge of CRM , Social media and support tools
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and multitasking skills
• Ability to manage support operations across multiple products
• HND or B.Sc. in any related discipline
